Project / Fanta Global Launch

Typically global campaigns don't have dialog or humor, however this campaign for Fanta relied on both.  We spent a few months selling this episodic idea through, followed by another few months producing it. In total we filmed 18 spots in six days that will be airing in over 100 countries and something like 80 languages.

Working with Smoke & Mirrors and VADR technology, we were able to create a 3D model of each character's face. From there, they became our digital puppets. Rather than Kung Fu-style dubbing or subtitles, we’re able to make the cast speak basically any language known to man. It’s pretty surreal and hopefully lifts the language barrier most global brands, like Coke, are constantly battling.
